Who it's for

Trade contractors who bid small commercial and TI work and want owner's reps, facilities managers, small developers and owner-builders to find them while they're comparing bids. If you already write clear proposals that say what's in and what's out, this is a way to show it.

What a listing includes

  • Your company name, city and service area, trades you bid, and a link to your website
  • Shown on this page and on the trade pages you work in
  • Labeled as a contractor who prices against the BidGaps checklist
  • Your commitment: mark every checklist line Included, Excluded or Add $ when an owner asks

Listings are paid placements and are labeled that way. BidGaps doesn't vet, license-check, rank or recommend contractors. Owners should check licenses, insurance and references themselves.
