What sponsors get

A founding sponsor's name or logo, a one-line description and a link appear in these places, always labeled “Sponsored by”:

  • Every trade page (33 trades): a sponsor box near the top, right under the intro and the “build a bid package” button.
  • The bid package builder: a sponsor spot on the output page, just after someone builds a bid request for their project.
  • The guides: a sponsor spot at the end of each guide, next to the links to the free tools.
  • BidGaps Weekly: a short, labeled sponsor block in every issue, between the links and the sign-off.

Where we are, honestly: BidGaps is newly launched. We don't have traffic or subscriber numbers to share yet, and we won't make any up. Founding sponsors get in early at a flat monthly price, can cancel anytime, and we'll share real numbers as we have them.

Good fit for estimating and leveling software, lenders, insurance and bonding, supply houses, and trade contractors who want owner-side PMs to find them while comparing bids.

How sponsorships are labeled

Sponsor placements and contractor listings are always labeled as paid (“Sponsored by” or “listing”). Sponsors don't edit or approve the checklists, exclusions or questions, and a paid placement doesn't change what we recommend. BidGaps may also use affiliate or referral links, which are labeled where they appear. Read the full affiliate & advertising disclosure.
